A desktop computer is a personal computer with a central processing unit, a monitor, mouse and keyboard unlike a 💻 laptop computer which has all the elements built into one unit. The 🖥 Desktop Computer emoji however only displays the monitor with the exception of the Apple version which shows the iMac.
