A 📞 telephone receiver is part of a telephone and is used to speak and listen. Older telephone receivers were simply used to speak and listen while newer receivers included a dial pad. With the exception of the Microsoft emoji which is red, all other emojis are black in colour. Just using the 📞 emoji can mean 'Call me'.
